Customer service is fantastic! The hotel staff are very attentive and will help you as best as they can. The breakfast was delicious with the buffet and custom made omelet. The beachfront location of the hotel made swimming in the ocean very easy. We were able to surf and jetski. I'm happy we stayed here because the main areas of the city were very loud and busy. The taxi costs about 10,000 COP - 20,000 COP ($2.46-$4.92 USD) per one-way trip to Centro or Getsemani which is pretty affordable and accessible since there are taxis everywhere.

The Dann is a nice option in the Bocagrande area of Cartagena. The staff went out of their way to make this gringo feel welcome. The breakfast was good, as were the cocktails at the bar.

Better than expected: - Quiet room, I slept well - Nice view over the beach with the birds soaring in the sky - Friendly and helpful staff, sweet girls at the reception - Shower with hot water - Quiet hotel, permanently maintained to keep common areas clean - Healthy and varied breakfast, no greasy mass like in most other hotels - After checkout you can still use the swimming pool and luggage storage for free.

I thought the staff was excellent generally very attentive and friendly. The pool area was well kept. And almost without exception every item on the menu was delicious, fresh and well prepared. Wrapped in clear wrap as it was delivered to your table or to your room. Outstanding views from our room on 17th floor. For the price this hotel was a great value and a great location right on the ocean.

I liked everything, the place is very well located, everything is close, the beach is one minute away, the hotel staff is all very attentive and always ready to help

Staff was OUTSTANDING! They were kind, professional and paid a lot of attention to detail. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location was AMAZING! Great view. The two bedroom suite was HUGE and more than enough room to accomodate our large family.

The location is perfect. walking walking distance from virtually anything close to many restaurants and the old town is within walking distance. The staff at the hotel was very accommodating and they were able to help us with any question we had.
